Philosophy

“Rather than being a trainer or lecturer in my seminars, I feel I'm more of a partner and initiator” says Stefan Lang. His unconventional way of getting to the heart of things and at all times providing a constructive and appreciative sense of togetherness motivates participants to open up to new perspectives and further increase their awareness of their own actions. “You have to know where you are before you can set out on new journeys and develop further.” He considers it important to refrain from presenting any prefabricated solutions, allowing content to develop instead on every occasion through the group. “A successful seminar depends on its participants”, adds Stefan.
