Increasing choices and expanding degrees of freedom makes sense, according to Peter Fuchs. And it is always the purpose of training and coaching. The result is options for taking action that make participants' daily work easier, enable flexibility, lead to motivation and are a great deal of fun. And the result of a successful training seminar should ideally also be a component part of this training measure. Fun, reflection, perception and testing are therefore always part of the mix for Peter Fuchs, along with listening and appreciation. This transforms learning into a dynamic and exciting gaining of new choices.
