Luisa Scalvini

Her passion lies in uncovering and developing inner resources and abilities – and at all levels: from management and sales to newly onboarded employees. Born in Italy,Luisa Scalvini has lived in Germany for over ten years. “Most of all,” she says, “I am preoccupied with the question: how do we manage to become who we are?”. For her, this is the essence of every training and individual coaching session: supporting people in becoming aware of their strengths and limitations, and within this limited, yet magnificent, field of tension of one’s own identity, to develop new strategies and behaviors that lead to success. Her motivating and goal-oriented approach enables participants to open up to new ideas and to use the training environment as a playground for learning and for personal as well as professional growth.
