With over 20 years of leadership experience, she combines methodological expertise with professional and life experience and a pragmatism that inspires the implementation of new insights in daily practice.

Following the motto, “Clarity creates opportunities and determination – let’s seize them,” she works as a trainer, consultant, and coach on topics that are relevant to her participants, rather than those found in “standard textbooks.” “It’s not about what the trainer wants, but what is best for the participants,” is Heike’s motto.
