Therefore, I engage participants and effectively implement concepts from the outset. In my training sessions, insight is the first step towards development. Experiencing personal competencies and strengths helps to break free from ingrained patterns and adopt new behaviors. During implementation, I incorporate a motivating and practice-oriented training approach.
