Training – Coaching – Organizational Development – Business Administration: Rainer Arlt feels at home in all four worlds.
It is the complex challenges arising from the tension between an organization’s business objectives and individuals’ needs/potential that have inspired him anew every day for over 25 years of his professional life. Both with clients and within his own company. In addition to his responsibilities in Commax management, he also enjoys actively serving our clients as a trainer, consultant, and coach. “Work hard – play hard.” This has been his motto since his university days in England. He translates this for himself as: “The highest standards for himself and his professional environment. Professionalism, coupled with humor and the conscious enjoyment of life’s beautiful things.”
