Philosophy
The history of Commax began in 1994 with Christian Geissler. He laid the foundation for Commax and built the company up step by step. He was inspired by the idea: “If you can dream it you can do it!” And he has had and continues to have many dreams, ideas, and visions throughout the company’s now 30-year history. Early on at Commax, he focused on Silicon Valley and China to discover how top training programs work there. After stepping down from the operational business of Commax at the end of 2021, he now heads the Commax Advisory Board.
With the founding of the “Grünwalder Akademie,” he is breaking new ground while remaining true to his passion as a coach and HR and organizational developer. His latest special: Re:set. The 5-day sabbatical. For orientation, self-discovery, and new beginnings.
