Meine Philosophie

“The best harmony of life can be achieved when you can combine three things: knowledge, competence and motivation.” Gintaras Ignatavičius not only lives in his philosophy, but he always shares it and motivates people to find their best way of life. As a trainer he inspires people to think and to find the answers to these three questions: “What to do?”, “How to do it?” and “Why do it?”. Working with companies and discussing about successful business with managers and leaders he, as entrepreneur, shares his expert knowledge and practical experience – “the best results can be achieved when leaders can combine two very important things: strategy and people.” It is very important to find and to keep synergy between them. His motto is: “Life is a journey of learning… let’s start with our co-creation!”
