Enthusiastically targeting goals together – and achieving these. This is the guiding principle that personally animates Sara Unland during her training courses. Even during her studies, she focused in her thesis on “Cooperation as the key to business success”, and her interest and the appropriate know-how have continued to grow ever since. Sustainability is an important factor in this respect when it comes to drawing upon existing and newly uncovered resources. This symbiosis and the motto “Speak one language” lead to the revelation of new horizons and allow us to scale new heights together. Techniques and strategies provide a secure means of transport in this context. Sara finds it particularly important to highlight the significance and chances which an individual represents and ultimately dispel slogans such as “Greed is good”. New horizons are waiting.
