If the participants at the end of a training seminar are taken aback to find that, as well as having a lot of fun, they've also learned a great deal – then their trainer's name is Jörn-Hinrich Hinrichs. “Training doesn't have to hurt”, he says with a pleasant grin. Having studied dentistry, he knows just what his patients would have wanted. For this reason, Jörn packages content and feedback with a generous portion of humour for participants. And when these participants implement that which they have learned in a practical environment, they're really delighted by their success and note that “He didn't even use his drill...”
